Hi,
I have a data cube which has a date dimension and a category dimension. For the date dimension I would like to be able to dynamically set the group levels.

I deploy the reports in a web context and users are able to select a date period. So if the user selects a period of approx. 1 month, I want to set the group levels "week of year" and "day of year". And if the period is 1 year, the levels should be "month of year" and "week of year". So the longer the time period, the more the data is aggregated.

Of course I could include all group levels and then programmatically select the appropriate levels when building the cross tab / chart. But I would like to aggregate as early as possible to avoid redundant data...

Unfortunately, when selecting the data cube in the data explorer and then clicking on the script tab, I can't enter any scripts or select listeners.

Did I oversee something or is data cube scripting not possible?
If it is not possible, do you got an idea how to achieve s/th similar?

Regards and thx in advance, Jakob
