Hi, I am trying to build Eclipse Scout locally, and I am getting this error:

Failure to transfer org.eclipse.tycho:tycho-source-plugin:pom:0.17.0-20121220.172003-14 from https://oss.sonatype.org/content/groups/public/ was cached in the local repository, resolution will not be reattempted until the update interval of tycho has elapsed or updates are forced. Original error: Could not transfer artifact org.eclipse.tycho:tycho-source-plugin:pom:0.17.0-20121220.172003-14 from/to tycho (https://oss.sonatype.org/content/groups/public/): null to https://oss.sonatype.org/content/groups/public/org/eclipse/tycho/tycho-source-plugin/0.17.0-SNAPSHOT/tycho-source-plugin-0.17.0-20121220.172003-14.pom

As Tycho 0.17 is not released yet, where can I get the required artifact?

Hi Adrian

It is strange, that maven is trying to load an old snapshot version (20121220.172003-14). The current snapshot downloadable from this url is 20130204.150911-26: https://oss.sonatype.org/content/groups/public/org/eclipse/tycho/tycho-source-plugin/0.17.0-SNAPSHOT/

So the url it is trying to download tycho is right, but maven is mixing something up. As workaround you could try to delete your local maven repository.
