It's better to ask on the bug itself. It looks like it's just being
ignored. :-(
I suppose it's an avoidable problem. File names with spaces tend to
cause problems in other places in the tools. In URIs they generally
need to be encoded as %20 and then you get into problems that the tools
don't always remember they should do encoding or apply decoding...
Better to use a dash, dot, or underscore...
