launch event that allow changes in arguments for the launched process ? [message #999912] Sun, 13 January 2013 07:09

Hello to the forum members,

I am looking for an event that is triggered before launch is executed and allows setting different arguments for the launched process.
Here's an explanation of the scenario that requires this event:
I have another application communicating with the launched process and the arguments for the launched process depend on run-time information from this application. Scanning the launch configurations before the launch and making the appropriate changes seems like a bad idea. Also, I don't want to change every time the launch configuration according to the current information received from the communicated application.

Does such event exist ?

Many thanks for your help,
Gidi
