How to Disable Auto-Capitalization of Hex Values in Properties Files [message #985722] Thu, 15 November 2012 15:02 Go to next message

I am editing a properties file in Eclipse. When I save the file the hex characters (A, B, C, D, E, and F) are capitalized and colons are escaped with a \.
I can't find the setting to turn this off.

Are you talking about Java .properties files? I can't reproduce it using
4.2.1, but maybe I use different steps.
