Hello,
I run eclipse 3.4.0 on windows 2003 server R2.
I just installed latest TPTP plug-in.
When I try to record a HTTP URL test, internet explorer is launched at
google.ca
and everything seems ok:
Test generation started with generator: TPTP URL Test Generator
Test to be generated: /MyJavaRecordingProject/src/recordings.testsuite
Test generation completed.
Warning: Port 1080 already in use. Using port 1287 for recording.
Recording started.
Connecting to Agent Controller on host 'localhost' and port '10002'.
Deploying required recorder files.
Sending command: Init
Sending command: StartRecording
Sending command: StartApp 'Internet Explorer'
Recording completed.
Test generation started with generator: TPTP URL Test Generator
Test to be generated: /MyJavaRecordingProject/src/recordings.testsuite
Test generation completed.
The following HTTP requests are defined int this test:
No HTTP requests.
the list remains empty.
I would like to record HTTP requests from browser.
Can someone help me ?
thank you.

Great news Martin. Yes, it appears to be a firewall issue based on your
information. You can configure the URL Recorder port in the preferences
(Window >> Preferences >> Test >> TPTP URL >> URL Recorder >> Proxy
Recorder ).
