Hi,
You can start an profiling session with 'Run' > 'Profile Configuration' to
launch a configuration. Within the configuration dialog, under the 'monitor'
tab, make sure you select the profile and configure the profiling filter to
include your java application package/class/method (Edit Option button).
CPU usage statistics is available under option 'Execution Time Analysis' >
'collect method CPU time information'.
