Hi,
I am facing a problem using TPTP (Hyades) for testing a web application.
The
problem is while generating the test case after recording.
When I am generating the test case (test java file) then duplicate methods
are created, which gives a compiler error.
Can you please tell me the way to resolve it.

What version or build of TPTP are you using? How many times do you
generate the test class?

Hi,
I am using TPTP plugins provided in RSA 7.0 by IBM.
I checked the plugins and found
org.eclipse.tptp.platform.core_4.1.100.v200606131519.jar and other
supporting jars for TPTP recording and execution.

Note: The duplication of methods is happening when the number of requests
in the test suite is large.

Hi Kaushal,

A few comments about your post to the mailing list:

1) RSA 7.0 did not ship with TPTP 4.2. It shipped with TPTP 4.2.1.1.
You can confirm this by looking at the version of plugin
org.eclipse.hyades.test.core. I expect you have version
org.eclipse.hyades.test.core_4.2.2.v200609010912.jar, which was part of
the 4.2.1.1 release. So the good news is that you don't have to worry
about this mysteriously missing 4_2_0 branch. The 4_2_1_1 branch (which
I see is there) is what you should use.

2) I confirm that the source code for the plugins you ask about is there
under this branch -- not sure what you mean when you say the package
structure is missing. I am able to see all the files.

Hi Kaushal,
Using the 4.2.1.1 version of TPTP (as shipped with RAS 7.0), we cannot
reproduce this behaviour. Can you attach the test suite?
