Here is the exact error message:

The error dialog box reads, "C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\ContentIES\509N1R7J\eclipse-SDK-4.2.1-,win32-x86_64.zip. Application not found

Your image is more revealing of your personal and professional life than
any technical details of your problem.

Just me, but I would a) not download Eclipse to the bottom of some path
in the depths of hell and b) use 7zip or something beside WinZip to
disembowel it. Actually, I do use WinZip myself, but I ensure that the
path isn't very deep at all and I refuse to allow spaces in the
path--that usually does it for me.

Unzip Eclipse to something like C:\Users\omid414\eclipse and see
http://wiki.eclipse.org/Eclipse.ini for help in getting its eclipse.ini
file just right.

Best of luck.
