I have a e3 rcp app that i am running on e4. i wanted to remove certain menu items so i was suggested to write a model processor. In the model processor when I try to remove the menu item(say new from file) it says that "file" not found. I realized that the problem is by the time the processor is called main menu is not created. what is the workaround for this? If I have to implement listeners then how and where should i define them?
What is the 3x way of removing the menu items? I tried using actionsets but was not pretty sure. Has anyone got a snippet for the same?

If you get no answer here try the RCP, Platform or plugin forums for the way to remove menus in 3x.
