Hi Erik,

i think you should take a look at this:
http://help.eclipse.org/ganymede/topic/org.eclipse.platform. doc.isv/guide/workbench_scalability.htm

And you should ask such questions on the platform or rcp newsgroup. The
changes to get an answer there are much higher as this is not especially
related to RAP.
