Context is dependent upon what perspective you're in as well as which
file or other object you right-click on. If you're in the Java or Java
EE perspective and you right-click on your project (at top of all
project contents), do you not see Build Path? Do you know and can you
tell what perspective you're in?

Yes. It wouldn't be very helpful if I didn't. I hope someone more
knowledgeable will be able to explain why you cannot and what to do
