i can't creat an android project correctly.

The style of the question tells me: should typically be posted in a newcomer forum.

The word "android" tells me, it's probably not an Eclipse issue but an issue of the ADT (not hosted at Eclipse.org)

Finally, there isn't actually enough information in the post for anyone to give a reasonable answer.

Ergo: please look for an ADT related forum, gather more information to properly describe your problem, OR: find a friend who can help you locally.
