Hi everyone,

Is it possible to draw some lines when an object is being created or dragged from palette?
I would like to draw some guide lines, at the place where the object will be placed after layout.

Actually I'd like to draw them, and erase as creation is cancelled or the mouse goes over something else.

Hello,

you can use custom LayoutEditPolicy and override showLayoutTargetFeedback/eraseTargetFeedback. You can take a look to here for an example.
