Eclipse User

I am using eclipse for long time from IBM VisualAge days
I never developed EE program only SE / UI programs
now I need to build EE program

what to do?
1. use the eclipse EE for only EE programs beside eclipse SE for SE programs
2. use the eclipse EE for EE & SE programs together

if option 1 is selected, do I need to handle separate workspace for each product or use one for both of them?
