I am following a tutorial at http://www.roseindia.net/webservices/buildingsimplewebservice.shtml, to create my first web service, however, using Tomcat v7, JDK 1.7 and Eclipse Juno IDE.
I run the wizards, however, when browsing to http://localhost:8080/WebProject/WEB-INF/classes/Welcome.java, the display reads error 404.
I have just created a sample class and would like to try out as an overview how the process of creating a web service and testing it works.
I think I am missing something out because I am missing the name of the UDDI regsitry.

The tutorials at Rose India can be very helpful for information, but
often they were written to older versions of Eclipse or Eclipse web
tools. I would suggest a more up-to-date tutorial such as you'll find at
vogella.de.
Second, there is a separate Eclipse web tools forum where you'll find
much more help on web programming than in the newcomers' forum.
