All,
I recently had my machine upgrade to Windows Seven. I have downloaded the 64 bit version of Eclipse and a 64 bit version of java. Eclipse is working.
My problem is that I need to add the web logic servers version 10.3 R.
I think I do this by going to "Help/Install New Software" but I cannot figure out what URL to use.

Try to install the Oracle weblogic tools to configure the Weblogic in your eclipse. In you server view, create a New server. There you will find the option to add the new server details.
