Is there a trace log view? [message #886260]

The Eclipse platform provides an Error Log view that nicely displays and filters all the entries in the workspace log (.metatadata/.log). It also updates as new entries are added to the log. Is there a comparable view for the workspace trace log (.metatadata/trace.log)? Or a plan for such?

There's nothing planned at this point. You could open a bug report at https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/enter_bug.cgi?classification=Eclipse
