On starting the first project, I chose to install glassfish adapter. I had already installed glassfish 3.1.2. However, in the next step, It forced me to download and install glassfish 3.0.1. and it used 3.0.1 to run the project. is there anyway I can choose the server I like?

I had googled an answer. www.eclipse.org/webtools/community/education/web/t320/Configuring_an_Application_Server_in_Eclipse.pdf
the pdf show me how to select the specific server to host the project.
