I installed Eclipse 3.3.1, and TPTP via the Europa Discovery site. JDK 6,
Windows XP SP2.
I created a project with only a Main class. When I create a profile
configuration and go to the "Monitor" tab, the eclipse CPU usage goes up to
100% and doesn't come back.
Eclipse itself is not frozen, it just uses 100% CPU. I can choose a Monitor,
but nothing happens when I try to profile the Application.
Any guesses?

Yes, actually it allready happens in den Configuration Dialog. But after I
have set it up and directly run the configuration, it also happens.

Yes, directly after starting eclipse, and also when starting the profiling.
Both without any significant CPU consumption. I also tried it without the
Firewall. And I have admin rights on the System.

Yes, all stays enabled. (Or whatever not happens when it is avaiable)

jre1.6.0_03 Which was installed by the JDK 1.6
I also tried to start eclipse -vm e:\program... directly with the JDK VM.
But same effect.
Cheers
