Collaborative work on UML models [message #883272] Fri, 08 June 2012 03:23 Go to next message

Hi,

I have an application that programmatically creates and changes UML models. In the future I want to let several people work on the same model. What is your suggestion? Do I have to work with exclusive locks? Or do you see any chance to realize a kind of collaborative work on UML models? Do you have any hints for me how to realize this?

Regards,

Tex

Hi

In principle, I think that storing the model in an EMF CDO repository
should be sufficient, but I think there may be more to it.

Try the emf [CDO]: newsgroup.
