Win7 64bit. I'm a mewbie to Eclipse, and am looking to find out what to do. I was told to d/l the latest Eclipse IDE for Java EE Developers: eclipse-jee-indigo-SR2-win32-x86_64, which I have done. I am looking at the Help/Eclipse documentation pages, but don't see anything appropriate to follow. Where do I go to learn what to do next? (I should add that I'm looking for clear step-by-step instructions that could be followed by anybody, which is something that appears to be harder to find nowadays.)
UPDATE: I had already expanded an earlier eclipse zip file which went into a folder named "eclipse". This most recent version also expands to a folder named "eclipse". I expected that the different versions would expand into folders that were distinguishable by release-name, e.g. eclipse-hellios, eclispe-indigo. Apparently that's not the case.
