Hi Swampa,
I jut tried the web site
(http://www.eclipse.org/tptp/home/downloads/?ver=4.3.0) and I can download
any of the Agent Controllers. Sometimes you need to refresh the page before
selecting the OS from dropdown. Also, make sure you click the Download
button:)
