Hello,
If a Nebula component can be single sourced (I mean common code can both works with RCP and RAP),Can I create a bug (with a patch attached) directly against Nebula ? or do I need to share the contribution with RAP team ?

Hi Arnaud,
Yes. We would always prefer RAP stuff in fragments, rather then doing the
optional dependency trick.
