Hi,

I have trouble loading a nested packages ecore to run a transformation.
This used to work with ATLv2 but since updating to v3, I can't get the
loader to load all the packages nested inside the ecore. Only one package
is loaded leaving the others. All the corresponding packages are well
registedred against EMF registry, and even when trying to load the
transformation using ATL UI, the ATL engine seem to only load one package
and does not resolve the correspoding depencies as it used to do before
(on v2, I used to load any of the packages and the ATL engine would import
all the contained packages in the corresponding ecore).

Is it a problem with the ATL plugin or it could be coming from our model ?
