Hi,

i am trying to create a sample rcp(RCP application with view) application in JUNO.

when i try to launch it, i get the following exception. In indigo, the same sample project works perfectly fine. Is it a bug in 4X RCP ?

Hi,

it looks like the dependencies for the templates are not configured correctly in Juno. Can you please open a bug for this?

To solve it add the following dependencies to your plugin's MANIFEST.MF:

org.eclipse.equinox.ds
org.eclipse.equinox.event
org.eclipse.e4.ui.workbench.addons.swt

(If the UI looks weird after that, add the -clearPersistedState argument to your launch config., to reset the UI).

BR,
Elias.

Eclipse 4 requires a product to run. Set one up, maintain your dependencies and press "Add required" in your product configuration file.

if your OSGi application doesn't need an application extension; add the following VM arguments on your launching configuration (config.ini):

-Declipse.ignoreApp=true -Dosgi.noShutdown=true
