IDT is in search Software Engineers with 5-10 years experience to participate in the design and development of an innovative system which will enable automated testing of highly complex systems. The ideal candidate will have advanced Eclipse RCP development experience. Experience developing with EMF, Sockets, CORBA, and VNC is a plus.

The position requires experience in application development with JAVA in a Linux environment. Candidate should be familiar with working on software development teams at all levels of the Software Development Life Cycle. Candidates with experience leading technical teams are a plus.

Other experience and skills desired (but not required) include: test automation, VMWare, XML, Eclipse IDE, Subversion, Technical Writing.

Candidates should possess a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering.

Location of the position may be at the IDT's Arlington, VA office. Tele-working environment is also available for those who may be out of the immediate area.

Approximately 25% travel time may be required.

Experience developing applications for U.S. Navy command and control systems a plus.

U.S. Citizenship required.

Someone from IDT should come to EclipseCon next week in Reston, VA. There will be lots of Eclipse and RCP developers in attendance. Also, great training for your existing developers.
