Hi all,
We got a development environment, with a Windows 7 client, running eclipse Indigo and 5.0.2.2011x version of PTP Tools and a remote UNIX machine, running AIX 5.3 OS, where the source files resides. We can remote compile, and edit.
Now we face the problem of remote debug. I read some forums but them usually talks about using gdbserver(not supported on AIX), or gdb wrap. Our goal is to do steps line by line on a tuxedo service, like eclipse does on java source files.
I now stuck reciving the error "Program is not a recognized executable.", configured as binary on file types, using gdb locally with cygwin, remote syncronized proyect with CVS.
I'll going to try the gdb wrap posted here: "Trying to do remote debuging on a AIX host from a Windows client [message #23204]", with samba. But i'm looking for a simplier solution.
¿Any advices?
Thanks
Gabriel.
