I want to solve the 276045 bug (sorry, I can't link the bug, I'm a newbie). How can I modify the source code?
Which class does it render pdf output?

I believe the patch in the bug is going to be applied to the source soon.
The code for the pdf emitter is in the
org.eclipse.birt.report.engine.pdf project.

Ok, so I must modify PDFEmitter.java, I think.
Then I will compile the project, I will replace PDFEmitter.class in org.eclipse.birt.runtime JAR of the BIRT home with my new PDFEmitter.class and it musts work, isn't it?
