I'm trying to install new software into eclipse, but I'm getting an error message.

I'm trying to go to:
The Eclipse Project Updates - http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/updates/3.7

and am getting the following error:
Some sites could not be found. See the error log for more detail.
Error reading update site http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/updates/3.7.
The XML stream is not a valid default "site.xml" file. The root tag is not site.
