I'm having trouble with some of the run configuration settings.

System I'm using: Mac, Mamp, Eclipse Indigo (downloaded today).

If I go to run configurations (with run / run configurations), one of my assigned files there has a 'URL' box at the bottom - with an unselected option to auto generate URLs and then boxes showing the generated URL.
This file works fine.

However some other files don't have this 'URL' box nor the option to auto generate URLs. These are not running fine - as the URLs being fed to the internal browser are missing part of the directory structure.

How can I get this URL box back so that I can manually configure these latter ones to run with correct URLs.
