You've got the wrong version of EMF/XSD; from the Requirements section
of the Downloads page:
Eclipse Modeling Framework (EMF and XSD) SDK 2.2.0
Suggestion: if you're going to use Eclipse-SDK-3.2, just install that,
run Eclipse, go to Help => Software Updates => Find and install new
components => select Callisto Discovery Site => select TPTP part you
want, then Select Required, and you'll get what you nee dwith the right
components.

No, I'm saying you got 2.1.2, and you needed 2.2.0. Download and install
2.2.0, then run eclipse -clean and see if you're good to go.
Re: updates -- Windows => Preferences => Install/Update has a firewall
proxy workaround if you know your proxy settings.
