[ATL] Assigning attributes to target class using HOT [message #725040] Tue, 13 September 2011 15:07 Go to next message

Hi,

Another newbie question. I am working on writing a HOT and I am running into a very simple problem for which I have not been able to find any solution in the available documentations.

I have created an EClass--C and EAttribute--A in my target metamodel using different rules but now I am having problem assigning attribute A to class C. I have tried changing the value of eAttribute for my class C but I get error saying that the field eAttribute is not changeable.

Any help would be much appreciated!

you have to use the eStructuralFeatures reference.
eAttribute is a derived attribute that uses the eStructuralFeatures reference.
