event handle class problem [message #721274] Thu, 01 September 2011 06:03 Go to next message

Hi, I create a new java project in Birt with some class as here:
publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/rsasehlp/v7r5m0/index.jsp?topic=/org.eclipse.birt.doc/birt/ScriptingWithJava.html

But when I preview my report in Web Viewer, in bottom of the document I see this error:
The following items have error:
Label (id=169):
+Class WordPackage.LabelEventHandler not found.

Why he can not see a path?
For earlier thanks to all.

Do you have one java project and one Birt report project in your
workspace. If you look at the classpath setting in the preferences for
Report Design, you should be able to add the java project to your classpath.

Thank You very much Jason Weathersby! Without your help I was hardly have done.
Even though I don't speak English very well, I will describe how I did it.
I click in my report and go to Window -> Preferences in menu. Then choose "Report Design" -> "Classpath" and the button "Add Class Folder...".
Then I preview my report and my method in the java class is worked!
Now I will to apply there own class, to transfer money in words.
Thanks to all.
