ComboBox sizing [message #710614] Fri, 05 August 2011 04:09 Go to next message

We have a dialog where a non-editable combobox may contain very long items (paths to be precise). By default, the combobox' preferred size is determined by the longest item (at least on Windows). I've tried to limit the combobox's width, but unfortunately, this also limits the width of the combobox' popup. How to make the popup as wide as necessary, but limit the collapsed combobox's width?

Thanks in advance,
Tom
