IWAT0225E Error [message #73600]

Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

Hi Luke,
Are you running your Java application in profiling mode
(e.g. -XrunpiAgent ....)? If so, ensure the Agent Controller's bin
directory is on your system PATH (as opposed to setting the PATH environment
variable in the scope of a shell window).

Now, can anyone direct me to documentation or tutorials on advanced usuage
of the profiler? I would like to get a snap shot of our application over
the time frame of a single request to determine the objects created in
memory.
