Does anyone know, which are the UML diagrams supported by ATL, please?

ATL will process whatever meta-model/model-combination you write your transformation for, so any UML artefact like classes and interactions are supported.

However, note that DIAGRAMS are usually not part of the UML model! E.g. for Papyrus, they conform to a separate metamodel (and come in a separate file, as far as I know), so if you also want to transform the diagrams, and not only the semantic information in the UML model, you'll need a transformation which processes both.
