I have set the classpath property to point to the project on the file
system as well.

Am I missing anything here? Does TPTP 4.1.0 handle non project relative
testsuites?

Currently the TPTP test execution automatable service only supports
workspace-project-relative paths. If the workspace is not specified then
the executing service will use the value of the Eclipse default. The
project must be set although for times it is not set there should be more
graceful handlng and an informative message.

There's an enhancement request to track this work for a future release:
