Hi!

The links at:

http://www.eclipse.org/aspectj/doc/released/faq.php#q:buildi ngsource

have a few dead links, e.g.:

http://dev.eclipse.org/viewcvs/index.cgi/~checkout~/org.aspe ctj/modules/build/readme-build-and-test-aspectj.html?rev=HEA D&content-type=text/html&cvsroot=Technology_Project
http://dev.eclipse.org/viewcvs/index.cgi/~checkout~/org.aspe ctj/modules/build/release/build.xml?rev=HEAD&content-typ e=text/xml&cvsroot=Technology_Project

where can aspectj trunk be checked out from?

Although a couple of the links are stale, the CVS instructions are still
correct in that area of the faq:

> To check out the source code in Eclipse go to (File > new > Other > CVS >
Checkout Projects from CVS). You'll need about 125 MB of space for the source
and build. Host: dev.eclipse.org, Repository Path: /cvsroot/tools, user name:
anonymous, password: (your email address), connection type: pserver, default
port.

You will get much faster replies on the aspectj-users and ajdt-dev mailing
lists than on the newsgroup.

cheers,
Andy.
