hi
i have a very special question to qualified associationen
assuming (again) we have a class book and a class site, now we have a qualifier sitenumber for efficient acess from a book to its sites.
here is what i think, but im not sure if it is rigth:
1. the cardinality of the qualifier is one, when the qualifier is unique. is it bigger one, that means to one qualifier can exists more objects?
2. if the qualiferproperty is set to non unique, that means to one qualifier can exists some objects, which are properly the same
3. in case we have more than one qualifier, you can set the cardinalities of them in a different way, mabe someone is one another is 10 and so one. should they have all the same cardinality. or how can i determine if for two or more qualifier exists one object or a set of objects?

Hi
Your questions are very detailed and difficult to follow because errors
in your English introduces ambiguities.
I think you should study the UML specification to obtain an accurate
answer yourself, rather than rely on someone else' intuition/memory.

thanks for your reply
i read it and i think so far i was rigth, but i'm not sure because, i guess the uml specification is not very accurate due this topic (for example, there is nothing about the metaProperty isUnique for the qualifier and in case of more than one qualifier, you can mix the qualifiercardinality 1 with *, which has no sense to me (so i need not an extra qualifier, in the case on of the other is unique))
