How to read preferences [message #689813] Tue, 28 June 2011 08:20 Go to next message

Hi all,

I'm pretty new to eclipse programming, so maybe this is a silly question.

What I want to do is to programmatically read all available preferences of
all installed (and active) eclipse components.

Could somebody give me a hint how I can do that?
(At the moment I'm completely lost in the endless depth of
the eclipse api specs)

Thanks in advance,

manni
