Hello everybody,

I am currently writing a transformation between BPMN2 and UML2 Activity Diagram, and for this purpose I need to have some examples of BPMN model conforms to the BPMN2 metamodel (from org.eclipse.bpmn2).

Where can I find some models like that ?

I have already looked in org.eclipse.bpmn2.test but the models seems to be quite small, and I can not load them, the URI of the metamodel (http://www.omg.org/spec/BPMN/20100524/MODEL-XMI) is not the same than the URI used in the models (http://www.omg.org/spec/BPMN/20100524/MODEL).

If someone can help me to find some models (with a small but representative process), it will be great.

Hello Guillaume,

you could have a look at the "BPMN v2.0 by Example" files provided by the OMG: http://www.omg.org/spec/BPMN/2.0/

Most of them can be opened with org.eclipse.bpmn2. You either have to change the file extension to .bpmn2 or associate the extension .bpmn with the BPMN2 content type to open them with the editor provided by org.eclipse.bpmn2.
Depending on the tools you are using, you have to associate the file extension with the BPMN2 metamodel as needed by these tools.

Hi Guillaume, you could look at numerous jbpm examples in https://github.com/droolsjbpm/jbpm/tree/master/jbpm-examples/src/main/resources. Note that most of them include some jbpm-specific attribute extensions which you could remove if needed.
