Has anyone tried placing SWTBot in Eclipse dropins?
I've tried several different variants of features/plugins directories under "dropins" in the installation of my Eclipse product, but after a clean start, none of the SWTBot related plugins are listed via the OSGI console... Also, auto-start is set to true for p2, so I'm not sure what's missing.
Anyone tried this before?
Thanks in advance

We used to install SWTBot using the old school 3.3 style of plugin
installation -- extracting the zip straight on top of the eclipse
directory and it worked for us.
The dropins style of installation has been deprecated and I've heard
reports that it does not always work.
Have you tried the p2 command to install SWTBot[http://goo.gl/KPGvv]?
