I wanted help with something, and the help page told me to go to this or that preferences page. I went there, and then tried to go back to the help page to read the rest. I couldn't - to be able to read the remaining help information I had to close the Preferences dialog. Then I could access the help.
I ended up grabbing a screen shot of the help page and pasting it into MS Word and used that.
Is this REALLY necessary ? Is it really true that you can not view Help at the same time as Preferences ? Seems a bit restrictive to me. Down right quirky.
Oh, and while I'm here, I found that if I click on the "-" sign icons in these forums, the list collapses if there was one. Clicking the newly appeared "+" sign merely changes the "+" back to a "-" - it does not expand the list. This behavior was found in Windows 7/IE 8. Works ok on Firefox, but then firefox wont let me open images when browsing through our ClearQuest DB while on my Linux box, though it works fine in Windows 7.

I guess the moral of the story is that one needs a wide array of overlapping and similar applications in order to be able to do what they wish to do.
