Any way to get rid of "Show Annotations" option dialog? [message #665993]

99% of the times I select "Team-Show Annotations", I want to get revision #1 to head revision, thus the default values of the "Show Annotations" option dialog that pops up each time.
So I'm wondering if there would be a trick to get rid of this window, much useless in my case.
