Eclipse helios(3.6.0) 'event processing job' issue [message #664361]

I am working on Eclipse Helios, and everytime I do something in helios (like save, create new file, or build project...) an 'Event processing Job' appears to run and eclipse doesn't perform my task until that job is complete.
This event processing job takes more than an hour or two to complete. I cannot stop the job, the only way I can get rid of it is kill my eclipse and restart the eclipse.

To summarize, I need a workaround to stop the eclipse Helios from running 'Event Processing job'.

Does any one experience the same issue with Helios? Any assitance with this issue is very much appreciated.

I don't think that comes from the Eclipse SDK. Which pacakge of Helios
did you download? And what are the additional plugins you have installed
on that?

I had Eclipse Helios 3.6.0 and on top of it I installed OEPE plugin (OEPE 11.1.1.7.0).
