|product export: platform specific launcher features missing? [message #663666]

the last couple of days, I repeatedly made my way through learning
what's the most sane and straightforward way of exporting an Eclipse
product to run on various platforms (in my case, required is win32/x86
and linux/x86). So far, export works well, I managed to set up a target
platform containing all the delta pack stuff, and I see the two
platform dependent builds are exported well - except for one thing, in
both cases: The org.eclipse.equinox.launcher.<platform>/ fragments /
folders aren't part of the export, which ends up in the application
complaining about not being able to find its "companion libraries".
Manually copying in the appropriate feature folders successfully
solved this problem, but I am unsure whether this is the way it should
be - I don't really think so. Is there something I am missing here? My
product definition contains both the launcher bundle and the platform
specific fragments, but it seems they're not correctly exported.
Can anyone eventually point me where to look at, here?
TIA and all the best,
