Every time I hit a new line in JavaScript that auto-indents, Eclipse is putting spaces in for the indent instead of a tab. I've already gone into Window > Preferences > JavaScript > Code Style > Formatter and the tab policy was already set to "Tabs Only". How do I fix this?

I'm using Eclipse for PHP Developers

Version: Helios Service Release 2

Do you mean Javascript code block in php script, using PHP Editor?
There might be leading/heading spaces (indented by spaces but not tab) in your code, I guess. Strip them or replace them by tabs.
