How to install jst.web facet? [message #659964]

I tried to write code that installs jst.web facet using the IFacetedProject.installProjectFacet() method. But all attempts failed. Looks like the second parameter of the method is some configuration object but I do not know what should be there. Does anyone know what can I pass as the second parameter?

Since it's allowed to be null, I've always used null myself.
