How can I enable/disable main tool bar buttons? [message #653740]

I have defined commands and handlers for a few main tool bar buttons and they work as required but I would like to also be able to enable and disable them programatically from various places in the application?

How do I achieve that? What controls their enabled statuses? How do I get access to them from anywhere?

Have a look at ICommandService, IHandlerService & IEvaluationService
